The village sits on M-204 where North Lake Leelanau meets South Lake Leelanau. It is not the Lake Michigan shore, and it is not the whole lake. Suttons Bay is about 5 miles east. Leland is about 5 miles north.

What to plan around.
Dick’s Pour House is downtown, with docks just north of the M-204 bridge. Fiddleheads is just west of the narrows. Amoritas Vineyards is on M-204 in the village. 45 North is about 2.6 miles out, on Horn Road. The narrows
M-204 crosses between the north and south lakes at the village. That bridge is the center of town.
Amoritas and 45 North
Amoritas is at 6701 E. Duck Lake Road, in the village. 45 North is at 8580 E. Horn Road, just outside town. Both publish seasonal hours. Confirm before you drive out in winter.
Suttons Bay
About 5 miles east on M-204. The marina has a public beach and is listed as open May 15 through October 15.
Leland and Fishtown
About 5 miles north. Leland sits between Lake Leelanau and Lake Michigan and is the ferry port for the Manitou islands. Fishtown is the historic fishing settlement at the river mouth.
