Policies

Pets are decided house by house.

There is no single pet rule for every Coastal Stay home. The listing says yes or no. HOA buildings, including Hamilton Place, do not allow pets.

  • Check the listing

    Each property page says whether pets are permitted. Search has a pet filter. If you are traveling with a dog, say so in the stay request so we do not quote a home that cannot take one.

  • If the home allows a pet

    Follow the house rules on the confirmation. Unapproved pets, or pets in a home that does not allow them, are a rule violation — the damage waiver does not cover that.

  • Hamilton Place

    Pets are not permitted in the Hamilton Place buildings because of HOA rules. That includes Lakestone, Sagewood, Bayside, and Dunecrest.
