We manage the stay: guests, cleaning, the calendar, and the monthly numbers. We do not publish a menu of percentages. The fit, and the fee, come out of a conversation about the house.
A narrower scope
Some owners ask about keeping more of the day-to-day and using us for pricing, distribution, or the direct site only. We talk about that per house. It is not a second product with a posted price.
Fees
We quote the fee after we have seen the house. There is no posted percentage or revenue share on this site.
